We are a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and donations can be tax deductible.

One of the biggest ways we need help is the form of financial donations! Financial donation allows us greater ability to handle various things, such as:
~Regular veterinary maintenance (all dogs adopted have a veterinary wellness check, appropriate vaccinations for their age - including rabies, distemper, parvo, and bordetella, are spayed/neutered, and microchipped).
~Food expenses (food costs run about $1,500+ monthly for all the dogs we are responsible for)
~Emergency veterinary expenses (we provide veterinary care to any dogs under our care in need, from same-day intakes that have been hit by cars and no one claims responsibility for or dogs dumped by owners to suffer from grave illnesses, to of course any dogs that have been in our care for some time, regardless of need). There are good months, and there are often $5,000-$13,000 months, but as long as there is an optimistic chance of the dog recovering and leading a great quality life, we cannot morally decide to euthanize the dog to save money. Due to the urgency of most situations, and the requirement that all veterinary bills be paid at time of beginning treatment or shortly thereafter, we are not able to or do not qualify to get help from any other organizations that help with emergency veterinary funding. Also, as one of very few rescues/individuals with this strong of a commitment, deferring responsibility of/getting help financially with a dog's medical treatment to individuals or organizations more able is not an available option either, making any financial contribution such an appreciated and key factor in continuing rescue operations.
~Facility upgrades and additions when able (play yards, isolation/quarantine for new intakes or possibly sick/compromised dogs, more sources of regular entertainment for dogs and wolfdogs, and hopefully in the future, additions geared towards hosting volunteers/visitors for day visits)
